Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Period

Customers may return or exchange products within 3 to 6 days from the date of order receipt, subject to the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original purchase invoice must be attached.
  • Product must be in its original packaging.
  • Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.

Refund Methods

  • Customer may choose to receive a refund or exchange for another product.
  • Refund will be processed via the same payment method (credit card, Mada, Apple Pay, Tabby) within 14 business days.
  • In case of exchange, the customer bears shipping costs if the replacement product is of lower or higher value.

Exceptions (Non‑returnable Products)

  • For health reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
    • Swimming and diving fins
    • Swimwear and diving suits (wetsuits, shirts, pants)
    • Swimming and diving goggles
    • Any wearable products or those that directly contact the body.
  • Damages caused by misuse or neglect.
  • Mismatched serial numbers or colors compared to the invoice.

Return Procedure

  • Contact customer service via email or WhatsApp to notify your return request within the specified period.
  • Our team will guide you through the steps and provide the return address.
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Privacy Notice

Moj Al Bahir is not responsible for the loss of any personal data or information stored on the customer’s device during the return or exchange process.

The customer is fully responsible for transferring or deleting their personal data from the device before returning it.
